Please make sure the packaging material is not torn or damaged, and everything from the ribbon, insert as well as stiffener is safely kept, for a smooth exchange. We don’t offer cash returns however you may also return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite bedding products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance.

We recommend washing your sheets at least once a week in a gentle cycle with cool water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent. For drying, line dry or use a tumble dryer set on low heat. Once you have washed your bedding, store it in a cool and dry place.
