Products can be exchanged from any of our stores within the 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that you need to have a copy of your receipt for the exchange and the product must be unused and unopened, if opened just for the sake of size review, all it's packaging material should be presented at the time of the exchange, with the price label attached. Please make sure the packaging material is not torn or damaged, and everything from the ribbon, insert as well as stiffener is safely kept, for a smooth exchange. We don’t offer cash returns however you may also return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite bedding products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance.



Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
