Products can be exchanged from any of our stores within the 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and unopened, if opened just for the sake of size review, all it's packaging material should be presented at the time of the exchange, with the price label attached. Please make sure the packaging material is not torn or damaged, and everything from the ribbon, insert as well as stiffener is safely kept, for a smooth exchange. We don’t offer cash returns however you may also return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite bedding products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance.

We recommend washing your sheets at least once a week in a gentle cycle with cool water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent. For drying, line dry or use a tumble dryer set on low heat. Once you have washed your bedding, store it in a cool and dry place.
